Step 1. Send us a trail balance or the clients financial statements. Shortly thereafter you will receive several management reports waiting for your review.
Step 2. We will send you a form software program to gather the assumptions needed to make the plan realistic. This step also includes a telephone conversation with us to make certain we are all on the “same page”.
Step 3. click a button on the form program, after the assumption data is collected. and it the data will be emailed to us. We will then update the forecast and forward reports to you.
Step 4. We will participate in a telephone conversation with you or the client to make any last minute adjustments to the forecast.
Step 5. Adjustments will be made to the plan as determined in step 4 and a final forecast will be sent to you or the client. An additional telephone conference will take place with some advice for the coming 12 months. In addition there will be a discussion about providing additional monitoring and update services during the next 12 months.
